- Cronotask uses new controls available under System 8.
- Particularly the new Clock Control.
-
- The good new is that these controls are now available under System 7 too.
- So Cronotask can run correctly also under System 7.x
- You just have to install the Appearance Extension and Control Panel in your System 7 folder.
- All the new controls will be available to all the applications running on your computer.
- You will have a native System 8 look also under System 7.x
-
- We use it on a Mac Classic II (which can't run System 8) but still is a great machine for non cpu-intesive tasks such as writing letters.
-
-
-
- You can download Appearance Extensions from the Apple ftp site at:
- ftp://ftp.apple.com/developer/Development_Kits/
-
-
- Please note:
- Users using System 8 don't need these extensions.
- These feature are already inside System 8.
